• Appointment Booking Pages
• Forms and Lead Capture Pages
• Other content and services introduced in the future

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform.

However, by publishing content through Duwun, you grant Duwun a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, store, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for:

• Content you publish
• Links you share
• Images you upload
• Information displayed on public pages
• Information collected through forms
• Information displayed through digital business cards
• Information shared through appointment booking pages

Duwun does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.

Duwun reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, remove, restrict, or disable content that:

• Violates these Terms
• Creates legal risk
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Promotes fraud or illegal activity
• Harms users or the platform

Duwun provides tools that allow users to collect information from third parties through forms, lead capture pages, and appointment booking functionality.

Users who collect information through Duwun are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining any required consent
• Providing required privacy disclosures
• Complying with applicable privacy laws
• Managing information collected through their pages

Duwun acts solely as a platform provider and is not responsible for how users collect, use, or process information obtained through forms or appointment bookings.

The Duwun platform, including software, branding, trademarks, logos, content, design elements, source code, and proprietary technology, is owned by or licensed to Duwun and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period.

Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions before the renewal date.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation will prevent future renewals but generally does not provide refunds for previously paid billing periods unless required by law.
